• I called to make an appointment for my bichon frise. I asked for the prices and availability, a woman answered the phone and told me she had a spot right now, so I asked for the exact adress to put in on my gps. She said that she had to explain to me how t get there, that the adress wouldn´t work on a gps. I told her to give me the adress of somewhere around there since I lived in Mexico and did not know the zone, she said there wasn´t one, so I told her if she could explain it to me. She said, you know what I do not have any spaces available and hung up... Vail is a tourist village I guess she should be nicer to tourists since we are human beings. And personally I just want to be treated nice, I do not like to be hung up on just because I ask for directions.. I would not recomend the place if you are not from vail, because maybe you´ll get an unfair treatment when you ask how to get there. I felt really bad afterwards, I got a stomach ache. I´m not used to that sort of treatment. I even called again, I guess I wanted to tell her how she made me feel, and nobody answered the phone... (olgacatalina, 06/23/2009)
